8. Containing excitement when you find out a gift is on the way.

9. Defending the activity.

10. When prospects come in at a higher level than what I'm qualified for. This has happened to me 4 times. Two people got involved at the $10,000 level, 1 at the $5000 level, and 1 at the $1000 level. I missed out on $26,000.
