There is nothing more pleasing to the eye than the look of natural wood. The only thing wrong with wood is that if you want a wood briefcase or laptop case, it has to be big and cumbersome because the wood has to be fairly thick in order to stand up to constant use. A great way to get around this problem is with wood-like aluminum style briefcases and laptop cases.

Have you seen these aluminum style briefcases in the movies or on TV? They have been used by the stars in some major Hollywood productions, including 13, with Jason Statham and Mission Impossible 3, starring Tom Cruise. These two movies featured the same burl finished case. Believe it or not, though, they are actually made out of aluminum, though you wouldn't know it unless somebody told you.

Not even a master craftsman could construct a wood briefcase that could stand up to the kind of punishment the briefcases get in those movies. Unless you're a spy, of course, you don't need a briefcase that can withstand being thrown around in the trunk on a high speed car chase. Nonetheless, you want one that you can trust will keep your laptop protected wherever you go and whatever you do. You also want a practical aluminum style briefcase that keeps all your important documents and business accessories neatly stored for you.

Faux wood briefcases are only one type of aluminum style briefcase featured in films and on television. Have you ever watched the hit TV series, Chuck? If so, you'll have seen him using a gold aluminum laptop case. Chuck may not be as sauve or sophisticated as Tom Cruise, but he still needs a case that can stand up to rough treatment. He is a Secret Agent, after all and he carries Top Secret files in his computer. Thanks to its tamperproof locking system, his computer is always locked up safely until he needs it.

Another show where you have probably seen aluminum style briefcases is Deal or No Deal. What's hidden behind the gleaming surface of those closed aluminum briefcases? You don't know until the contestant picks their numbers and they are opened up. Why were these chosen for the show? Obviously because they give it a professional look.

Now let's step away from the make believe world of TV and feature films and look at aluminum style briefcases from a more practical perspective. We see them everywhere on the streets, too. They're not just in the movies. Why is this? It's because aluminum briefcases are made for the modern business person who carries a laptop or notebook computer and perhaps several other electronic devices with him to work. An old fashioned leather briefcase just isn't right for today's business person, who needs something strong on the outside yet well-padded on the inside to protect his electronic devices from harm.

Grungy looking laptop cases don't help anyone's image. Aluminum style briefcases and laptop cases get you noticed in all the right ways. Don't settle for less. Whether you like the Tom Cruise wood look or prefer gold, white or polished aluminum is up to you. They all look great and make you look great, too.
