Pink Mp3 Players.net gets down and dirty and revisits the best of the best in mp3 players for the 2008 consumer season. In this article we will report on the top consumer rated digital mp3 players to help others in their buying decisions. We have grouped our coverage into the best value, biggest capacity and best overall along with some others. Lets get the party started off with the best quality for the cheapest price, and then move up to the best of the best. Lowest Price, Quality MP3 Player: SanDisk Sansa Clip - Has received great reviews all over the world. In the U.S. it has received the most positive coments from CNet.com a popular electronics review site. The well known PC magazine was mostly positive in its well tested and back engineered review of the SanDisk Sansa Clip. Opinions from the rest of the world came in very positively also, including Austalia's GoodGearGuide.com and Britain's TrustedReviews.com. People on the lookout for a great bargain in a new MP3 player sporting great sound and some good side features will be very pleased with the SanDisk Sansa Clip. It will be difficult to find a competitor for this small music player. Some of the high lites include great sound quality, which was a big surprise considering it's small size and low price. Some other notable features on the Sansa Clip is an FM tuner for when you want to catch the local ball game, and a built in recorder. The small Sansa clip is very portable and makes it an ideal MP3 player for the sports man or lady. The small LED screen will not allow you to watch videos or display photos, but will ensure easy navigation through the playlist and tracks. The Best Voted Large Capacity MP3 Player: Apple Ipod Classic - The recent subtle changes to the Ipod classic has resulted in many consumer reviews not updating their opinions of the Ipod Classic. But we found some updates on the Popular review site of CNet and Macworld. iLounge has also reported positive offerings of the ipod classic and it's recent changes. Apple in it's infinite wisdom has reduced the Ipod Classic line to just one player now, but not before adding some neat new features. The genius feature was one of the recent add-ons, which will create a 25 song playlist automatically on one song that is user selected. A voice recording feature was also added to come inline with most of the other digital players. The negative side of the Apple Ipod is that it does not come with a built in microphone. The Ipod classic hangs in at first place for it's large capacity in the large capacity Mp3 category. Biggest Value in a Digital Music Player: SanDisk Sansa Fuze - People looking for a comparative to Apple's Ipod Nano have found their match. Great reviews from all over the globe have chimed in about the Sansa Fuze including CNet, PCworld and PC magazine, and gave it a big thumbs up. The common theme reports that this MP3 player sports good sound quality and a long battery life. The nano came in better on video quality, and that was even ignoring the fact that video files must be converted using included software before viewing on the Fuse. The features offered by this digital music player include an FM tuner and voice recorder. You can expand the player's memory via the memory card slot, and music stored on external cards are integrated into the player's library. All in all the Fuze's value and performance is hard to ignore. Best of the Best MP3 Player: Apple Ipod Nano - There are definitely no shortages of reviews for the Apple iPod nano, and most top reviewers have gave their opinions of it. You can find detailed reviews at all of the major sites that we have mentioned previously. The most current updates adds some handy features, like the Genius function which can create a playlist of 25 songs based on the genre of one song. Also new are the "shake-to-shuffle" and a tilt-sensor screen. The features still don't match many of the competing Digital music players on the market such as an FM tuner. And there have been complaints of having to upgrade to the newest version of i-Tunes, since it is the only one that supports the Genius function. The Genius function also has to be activated within iTunes for it to work. The Ipod Nano line of digital MP3 players is the best in quality, accompanied by Apples great customer service and support it is a no brainer for a choice in a new MP3 player. Pink MP3 players.net agrees that if you are the type of person who always buys the best, the Apple iPod Nano is the best choice.
