itunes

I own an iPod but would use this software even if I didn't. I was a big fan of MusicMatch Jukebox when it was available and this has all the features of MusicMatch and its Free, MusicMatch cost $40.00 for the pro version.

iTunes is now the handler of all my music and other iPod compatible media. I have very little trouble with the software and have found it very simple to use.

There is simply nothing else in the Market that can compare with iTunes for the price FREE.
Pros Free music library application
Ability to consolidate and update all my music and information
DRM Free Mp3s
Rent Movies for my iPod
iTunes U (Awesome)
Cons As with many Apple products it is very proprietary and their software is not compatible with other Mp3 Players.

However with the ability to convert songs to Mp3 it helps improve this problem some.
